Routes Healthcare is recruiting Complex Care Assistants to support a client returning home to Morecambe. This is a brand new package and we need skilled, clinically capable care professionals to be part of it from day one.

New to Morecambe — not new to care. The role offers 12-hour shifts (days or nights) with an hourly rate of £16.53, inclusive of holiday pay. DBS paid, travel to training covered, and guaranteed hours after a 3-month probation period.

Qualifications

• 6+ months UK care experience (complex care preferred but not essential).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Complex clinical care interventions.
• Medication administration and health support.
• Mobility, positioning and personal care.
• Accurate record keeping and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Your role will include:

• Complex clinical care interventions
• Medication administration and health support
• Mobility, positioning, and personal care
• Accurate record keeping and working alongside healthcare professionals
