Job summary

Routes Healthcare is seeking a Female Complex Care Assistant to provide 1-to-1 care in a client's home, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and complex health needs to live safely, comfortably, and independently. The role offers consistent shifts with the same client and clear career progression opportunities, with a referral bonus up to £250.

Part-time evening shifts 4 PM–9 PM and Saturday day shifts, guaranteed hours after probation, and a funded Enhanced

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK; no sponsorship.
• Experience with challenging behaviour and non-verbal clients.
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care.
• Experience in complex care.

Responsibilities
