Independent Community Care Management Limited in Market Harborough is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to support a non-verbal young gentleman with very complex clinical needs. This 2:1 care package includes personal care, food and medication preparation and administration, specialist moving and handling, and regular oral suctioning due to high aspiration risk.

The role offers full training and paid induction, a free DBS check, and clear progression into senior and leadership roles.

Formación

Experience in the following clinical skills are essential prior to being selected for an interview.
Medication Administration
Moving & Handling Equipment (Postural Support, Sleep Systems, Hoist, Manual Wheelchair)

You will be looking after a non-verbal young gentleman with very complex clinical needs. In this 2:1 package of care, this can range from providing personal care, food and medication preparation and administration, specialist moving and handling and regular oral suctioning due to a high aspiration risk.
