Zusammenfassung

Interserve Healthcare is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to support a non-verbal young gentleman with very complex clinical needs in Coventry, England. You will provide a 2:1 package including personal care, food and medication preparation, and administration, plus specialist moving and handling and regular oral suctioning due to high aspiration risk.

Role involves adherence to care plans, high attention to safety, and compassionate, patient-centered support in a home-care setting.

Qualifikationen

Medication administration experience is essential.
Experience with moving and handling equipment (postural support, sleep systems, hoist, manual wheelchair).

You will be looking after a non-verbal young gentleman with very complex clinical needs. In this 2:1 package of care, this can range from providing personal care, food and medication preparation and administration, specialist moving and handling and regular oral suctioning due to a high aspiration risk.

Experience in the following clinical skills are essential prior to being selected for an interview:

Medication Administration
