Job summary

Advantage Healthcare, part of CCH, is hiring for a Complex Care role in Hoo. This position requires support for a child with multiple complex care needs, including PEG feeding and breathing support. Training is provided, and DBS checks are covered.

We offer night shifts (10:30 pm – 7:30 am), competitive hourly pay (£16 per hour), and clear progression into senior roles within the care network. A people-first culture drives our goal to deliver outstanding patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care is essential for this position.
• Includes PEG Feeding, non-invasive ventilation, and catheter care.
• Ability to manage bowel needs and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Intermittent catheterisation.
• PEG feeding management and medication administration via PEG.
• Oxygen therapy.
• Suctioning.
• Support with personal care and repositioning.
• Provide emotional reassurance and engage with clients using strong communication.

What you'll do

This challenging but rewarding role is for a child who has multiple complex care and clinical needs. On your day-to-day you will be required to complete the following tasks:

• Intermittent Catheterisation
• PEG Feed Management & Medication Administration via PEG
• Oxygen Therapy
• Suctioning
• Support with Personal Care & Repositioning Using Appropriate Equipment
• Providing Emotional Reassurance & Engagement With Strong Communication Skills, Reading Non-Verbal Social Cues.
