Job summary

CCH in Crawley is expanding its Complex Care team and is seeking dedicated carers to join a brand-new team to provide clinical care for a gentleman with multiple complex needs, including diabetes, respiratory and cardiac care.

The role involves monitoring overnight with a CPAP ventilator and administering medications; full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required, with full training and paid induction provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care is highly advantageous.
• Ventilation support knowledge is desirable.
• Medication administration experience is desirable.
• A background in care and a full UK licence with access to own vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care for a gentleman with complex needs including diabetes, respiratory and cardiac care.
• Monitor the client overnight with CPAP ventilator and administer medications.
• Support daily care tasks and ensure patient comfort and safety.

What you'll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant.

For this particular role, we are creating a brand new team of complex carers to provide clinical care for a gentleman with a multitude of complex care needs ranging from diabetes to respiratory and cardiac care.

The position includes monitoring the client overnight with his CPAP ventilator and medication administration.

What you’ll need

Experience in the following would be extremely advantageous:

• Experience incomplex care
• Ventilation Support
• Medication Administration

The only main requirement is that you have a background in care anda full UK licence and access to your own vehicle.
