Complete Care Amegreen (CCA), part of CCH, is seeking a friendly, communicative Complex Care Assistant to support a client with spinal cord injury at home in Aylesbury. No complex care experience needed as full nurse-led training is provided; strong care, compassion and resilience are valued.

The role involves moving and handling, personal care, administering medication and supporting daily routines within a 20-hour contract. DBS check paid; progression opportunities available.

Location: Aylesbury

Pay: £14.30 per hour

Shifts: 20 hour contract | Day and waking night shifts available | 7 am - 7:30 pm | 7 pm - 7:30 am | Shifts available across the week, including weekends

Job Description

What you’ll do

We are looking for a friendly and communicative Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a spinal cord injury in a home-based setting. The client has a great sense of humour and enjoys playing computer games, watching movies, and engaging in conversation with staff. Someone who is personable, reliable, and shares similar interests would be ideal. Good communication skills are essential, and while experience in complex care is preferred, training can be provided for the right person.
