Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen is hiring a Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a spinal cord injury in a home-based setting in Aylesbury. The role emphasises person-centered care, good communication, and reliability, with full nurse-led training provided.

We offer a 20 hour contract with day and waking night shifts. DBS check is free, and training is paid, with clear opportunities for career progression within the CCH group.

Location: Aylesbury

Pay: £14.55 per hour

Shifts:20 hour contract | Day and waking night shifts available | 7 am - 7:30 pm | 7 pm - 7:30 am | Shifts available across the week, including weekends

Job Description

What you’ll do

We are looking for a friendly and communicative Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a spinal cord injury in a home-based setting.

The client has a great sense of humour and enjoys playing computer games, watching movies, and engaging in conversation with staff. Someone who is personable, reliable, and shares similar interests would be ideal. Good communication skills are essential, and while experience in complex care is preferred, training can be provided for the right person.
