Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen in Abergele is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a spinal cord injury and autonomic dysreflexia. You will help with personal care, catheter and bowel management, and medication administration, while promoting engagement through activities like book club and choir.

No prior care experience is required, as full training and induction are provided. You will join a people-first team at CCH, with DBS coverage and opportunities for career

Location: LL22

Pay: Days £14 per hour. Sleep Nights £11.44 per hour

Shifts: Days (09:00 - 21:00) and Sleep Nights (20:00 - 09:00)

Driver required: Yes - full licence and access to your own vehicle

What you’ll do

We’re seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a spinal cord injury and autonomic dysreflexia. Your daily responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, catheter and bowel management, medication administration, and assistance with daily tasks. The client enjoys activities such as book club and choir, so a friendly, engaging approach and a genuine interest in social interaction are highly valued.
