Job summary

West One Loans is seeking a Completions Manager in Watford to drive end-to-end completions for Buy to Let and residential mortgages. You will lead a focused team, keep cases moving, and maintain strong broker and solicitor relationships to ensure smooth customer outcomes.

The role requires leadership experience in completions, ability to manage complaints and FCA standards, and a detail-oriented, collaborative approach. A supportive benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in completions at a specialist lender.
• Experience in managing complaints and FCA regulatory standards.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end completions for Buy to Let and residential/second charge mortgages.
• Develop and manage the completions team with regular coaching and appraisals.
• Provide monthly completions forecasting for senior management.
• Ensure QA standards, UAT testing and data accuracy.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, solicitors and third-party suppliers.
• Oversee pipeline, document and offer expiry management.
• Ensure compliance with Enra Specialist Finance policies.

Job description

Mortgages are not complete when the offer is issued — they are complete when the customer gets the keys.

We are hiring a Completions Manager at West One Loans to lead this critical final stage. Keep cases moving, teams focused, and customers and brokers at the centre of every decision.

What you will lead

• End-to-end completions for Buy to Let, First Charge Residential and Second Charge Mortgages
• Team development, quarterly one-to-ones and performance appraisals
• Monthly completions forecasting and updates for senior management
• Process review, UAT testing, QA standards and system data accuracy
• Working relationships with brokers, solicitors and key third-party suppliers
• Pipeline oversight, document and offer expiry management
• Full adherence to Enra Specialist Finance policies and procedures

What we are looking for

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in completions at a specialist lender
• Proven ability to manage complaints and work to FCA regulatory standards
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to deliver under pressure
• CeMAP is desirable but not essential
• Minimum 5 GCSEs at A to C including Maths and English
