A specialist lender based in London City is seeking a Completions Officer to manage the loan completion process. You will oversee compliance with funding conditions, liaise with various stakeholders, and ensure the accuracy of legal documents. The ideal candidate has experience in completions within specialist finance and possesses excellent communication skills. This full-time position requires daily commuting to the office in Central London.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in a completions role within specialist finance, particularly bridging, BTL or commercial lending.
• Strong understanding of legal processes related to property transactions and loan drawdowns.
• Proactive and confident managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

• Fully office-based role – must be able to commute to London City daily
