We seek an individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Complaints Team at Stobhill Hospital. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills. As the first point of contact for complainants, often distressed or upset, kindness, discretion, and tact are essential.
The candidate must possess good telephone, secretarial, and computer skills, along with office experience. Strong organizational and time management abilities are crucial to ensure efficient service delivery.
The role involves daily communication with patients, relatives, Complaints Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, and clinical staff across NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
