Job summary

Technical Partners is recruiting a Compex Electrician for field-based assignments across the UK. The role involves leading on-site teams, installing and testing electrical systems, and ensuring ATEX and safety compliance in hazardous and non-hazardous environments.

Base salary of £52,188 with a company van, fuel card, and overtime potential to £80,000+ OTE. Role requires 3+ nights away weekly and 40 hours plus significant overtime, with travel across sites in Scotland and beyond.

Qualifications

• Approved Electrician with an accredited apprenticeship or equivalent.
• 18th edition electrical standard knowledge.
• Compex 01-04 certification.
• C&G 2391/2394/2395 testing and inspection qualification.
• CCSNG or equivalent safety passport.

Responsibilities

• Support electrical projects across the UK.
• Act as on-site lead, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Install, inspect, test, and maintain electrical systems on-site.
• Ensure compliance with ATEX and safety regulations.
• Read schematics, loop, P&ID, and control system docs.
• Diagnose faults and promote safety on-site.
