A typical working week consists of 40 standard hours, with 12-15 hours of overtime available each week, plus £75 per night when working away (£30 overnight allowance and £45 meal allowance).
Unlike many field-based engineering roles, these earnings are based on realistic overtime rather than excessive working hours. The business actively supports engineer wellbeing and manages driving fatigue, meaning excessive overtime is neither expected nor encouraged.
