Our client, a heavyweight international City law firm has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Competition Litigation Solicitor to join the Competition Team ASAP for at least 6 months, possibly longer.

The team acts for an impressive portfolio of clients in the investment, retail, rental and leasing, and transport sectors.

The role

You will advise on a broad range of UK and EU competition law matters including competition litigation and disputes, UK and EU merger control, competition investigations, and commercial agreements to behavioral advice.

Requirements

• The successful Competition Litigation Solicitor is likely to have upwards of 5+ PQE with in-depth knowledge of UK and EU competition law issues gained within private practice.
• Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales
• Competition Litigation experience is essential.
• Additional experience gained within a competition authority, regulator, or the FCA would be beneficial.
