About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Compensation Manager to assist our compensation team in developing, implementing, and administering a comprehensive range of compensation programs across the EMEA region. You will report to the Director of Compensation based in the US. You will be the subject matter expert on the Company’s compensation structure, policies, and procedures specializing in the region. You must have an understanding of the evolving job market and the fluidity of job roles, applicable laws and regulations. Experience working with Compensation data in countries with Workers Councils or Collective Bargaining Agreements will be essential. Additionally, you will play an important role in year-end processes and will have direct interaction with senior-level executives. Data integrity skills are necessary for success in this position.
