Job Overview

As a Compensation Analyst, you will develop, analyze, and optimize compensation programs to ensure our client remains an employer of choice. Responsibilities include conducting market research, evaluating salary structures, and advising HR leadership on compensation best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive packages.
  • Assist in developing salary structures, incentives, and bonus programs.
  • Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate compensation levels.

  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of salary structures, incentive programs, and compliance.
