Job summary

The role offers casual hours, weekend and sleep-in shifts with pay enhancements. Training is provided, and the team focuses on person-centred care and wellbeing within the Adult Disability Services

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support tailored to individual needs.
• Support people with daily living activities, including personal care, medication, and mobility where required.
• Promote independence, social inclusion, and community participation.
• Help individuals access employment, education, volunteering, and leisure opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to support planning and reviews.
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, colleagues, and partner agencies.
