Job summary

Lancashire County Council is seeking a Community Support Worker for the Fylde and Wyre area. You will help adults with a range of needs to achieve personal goals, develop life skills, and access community opportunities in their own homes.

You will empower individuals to make choices, build confidence and participate fully in their communities, with full induction and ongoing training provided by the council. Weekend and sleep-in shift pay enhancements are included.
