One Fylde in Blackpool is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live vibrant, independent lives. You will engage in daily adventures, foster community connections and champion personal growth, delivering compassionate support.

Full training is provided; we welcome all enthusiasm. The role involves flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with a supportive charity environment and opportunities for personal development.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a quality service.
• Ensuring that the people we support have a safe, appropriate, and comfortable living environment.
• Communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including families and social services.
• Following support plans and other relevant information regarding how to assist the people we support, including Health and Safety requirements.
• Advocate for the rights and needs of the people we support.
