Job summary

Believecare is seeking a Day Support Worker on a 36-hour-per-week contract in the UK. The role requires weekend and bank holiday availability, sleep-ins and 12-hour shifts, and a commitment to person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

You will work as part of a bespoke team supporting a young person in his own home, focusing on empowering independence, building trust, and reading non-verbal cues to respond with patience and creativity.
