inspiring vet care is seeking a Receptionist for Heath Vets in Cardiff. This part-time permanent role focuses on delivering a welcoming, professional experience for clients and their pets, with no weekend or out-of-hours duties.

You will support appointment management, enquiries and client communications within a collaborative team across multiple branches. The team includes experienced Practice and Clinical Directors and RVNs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on service and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, welcoming manner
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment

Responsibilities

• Manage appointments and enquiries in a busy veterinary reception.
• Support client communications and ensure a positive client and patient journey.
• Work closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
• Welcome clients and book appointments.
