Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a Unit Manager (Non-Clinical) at Astbury Manor Care Home in Bracknell. You will support the care home management team to deliver high‑quality care in a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.

Ideal candidates hold NVQ 3 in care, have at least 2 years’ experience with residents, knowledge of the CQC Fundamental standards, and can lead staff in the absence of the manager. We provide a thorough induction and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
• 2 years experience working with the resident group.
• Knowledge of the CQC Fundamental standards.
