Kenton Primary invites applications for a Teaching Assistant to work alongside the class teacher providing one-to-one support for individual pupils, including those with SEND, and, where possible, supporting small groups across a range of abilities and curriculum areas. Experience with children, particularly those with SEND (desirable).
Ability to build positive relationships with children and adults.
Friendly, caring, approachable and patient.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Can be a calm and supportive presence.
Enjoys being around children and is committed to safeguarding.

Provide tailored support to pupils, helping them access learning and achieve their goals.
