Job summary

TimePlan Education is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Schools in Kingston. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, assist teachers, and help create inclusive, engaging learning environments.

The role focuses on learners with varying needs, including SEND. A patient, proactive approach and strong communication are essential to promote wellbeing and progress in a welcoming school community.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils in a primary or educational setting.
• Knowledge of SEND needs (autism, ADHD, speech/language) is advantageous.
• Patient, caring, proactive approach to helping children succeed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils, including those with additional learning needs.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and adapting activities to meet diverse needs.
• Encourage positive behaviour, inclusion and personal development.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents to promote progress and wellbeing.
