Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with secondary schools in Lincoln to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant from September. The role involves 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, build confidence and achieve their potential.

You will work with teaching staff and the SEND team to support learners with SEMH, ASD, dyslexia and other needs. Immediate start with a competitive daily rate of £95-£100 and ongoing potential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with additional needs.
• Patient, empathetic and resilient.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Comfortable providing personal care where required (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students.
• Work with the SEND team to support learners with various needs.
• Promote an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
