Job summary

• Experience in social care or homelessness support is desirable but not essential.
• Compassionate, resilient and person-centred approach required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred support to individuals experiencing homelessness.
• Help service users develop independent living skills and budgeting abilities.
• Assist with daily routines, budgeting, meals and accommodation upkeep.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to build confidence and resilience.
• Support access to and sustainment of accommodation, liaising with landlords and housing services.
• Attend appointments and promote engagement with community resources, education or employment.
