Job summary

Positive Futures in Northern Ireland is seeking a Support Worker to help people with a learning disability, acquired brain injury or autism live independently with real choice and control. No formal qualifications or experience required; you’ll receive a full, paid induction and ongoing team support to help you grow in the role.

You’ll assist with daily living, personal care and community activities, always upholding dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Personal or work experience in providing care or support.
• Basic digital skills to record notes and use rota, HR or care systems.

Responsibilities

• Form positive relationships with the person you support while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Help with home management, money and medication as independently as possible.
• Support participation in community activities and staying connected to loved ones.
• Maintain accurate records using standard digital systems.
