Job summary

Positive Futures is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist people with learning disabilities, autism, or brain injury to live independently in their own homes. You’ll support daily living, personal care, money management, and community involvement, while upholding dignity and choice.

No formal qualifications required; training is provided, including a full induction and support from a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Personal or work experience of providing care or support for someone.
• Basic digital skills to record notes and use rota, HR or care systems.

Responsibilities

• Help with daily living skills and personal care.
• Support money management and medication as independently as possible.
• Assist with community activities and staying connected with important people.
• Maintain accurate records and advocate for the person being supported.
