Job summary

Full-time, permanent contracts exist across Leyland services. We welcome applicants with or without previous experience; full training is provided, including medication

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, patience, understanding, and compassion.
• Some services require female candidates only under the Equality Act 2010

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to develop independent living skills at home (cleaning, cooking, personal care, laundry, budgeting, meal planning).
• Assist with health and housing appointments and administer medication when required.
• Encourage engagement with community and activities to promote independence and well-being.
