Job summary

Glenelg Support in Leyland is seeking dedicated Support Workers to assist individuals with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health needs in a supported living setting. You will help with daily living tasks and health appointments.

Full training is provided, including moving handling, safeguarding, first aid, autism, and positive behaviour support. A full UK driving licence with no endorsements is required for some roles, and flexible hours with career progression

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to develop independent living skills at home (e.g., cleaning, cooking, personal care, laundry, budgeting, meal planning).
• Assist with health and housing appointments and medication administration where needed.
• Encourage community engagement and participation in activities that promote independence and well-being.
