Responsibilities

• Enable people we support to access a full range of chosen activities.
• Follow person-centred care plans to meet individual needs and wants.
• Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Accurately complete care records, fluid and nutrition charts, and incident reports.
• Administer and record medication safely and accurately.
• Support meal preparation, domestic duties, and general household tasks.
• Provide psychological, emotional, and physical support.
• Enable access to the community, support with appointments, and social interactions.
• Identify and report concerns to ensure safeguarding compliance.
• Maintain positive relationships with family and external professionals.
• Encourage and support independent living skills where possible.
• Keep up to date with required training to ensure best practices.
