Keys Group is seeking a compassionate Support Worker in Gowerton, Swansea, to assist adults with mental health needs in a safe, supportive home environment. The role involves daily tasks, promoting independence, and helping with daily living activities including medication support and personal care.

We offer comprehensive development opportunities, DBS check covered, and generous leave; this is a full-time site-based position for candidates over 18.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
• Prompting independence while helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Supporting and encouraging development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying to routine appointments or administering medication.
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
• Assisting with personal care as required.
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
