Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Female Wake Night Support Worker in Gowerton to provide overnight care for adults with mental health needs. The role requires a female candidate over 18 due to a genuine occupational requirement, and duties include monitoring, night-time support, and incident documentation in a calm, secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the individuals during the night to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Providing support when needed, including assisting with night-time care routines.
• Responding to emergencies or incidents that may arise during the night.
• Maintaining a calm and secure environment, helping to create a peaceful atmosphere for the individuals.
• Assisting with light domestic tasks such as tidying and cleaning communal areas.
• Recording incidents or changes in the individuals' condition and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Working independently throughout the night, maintaining vigilance and attention to detail.
