Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join a team supporting a male client in Lanner who has an Acquired Brain Injury. The client uses a wheelchair and needs mobility assistance, patient listening, and clear communication.

Shifts are Day Shift 08:00–20:00, 2/3 days a week on a flexible zero-hours contract with regular rotas. Benefits include a paid DBS check, induction training, Nest pension, and a Refer-a-Friend scheme up to £1,000.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates compassion and reliability in personal care roles.

• Experience supporting mobility and daily living tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobility support and assistance with transfers as needed.
