Job summary

Active Care Group is recruiting a Female Support Worker in Romford for a 2:1 support package with a young woman living with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) in Rainham, Essex. You will support daily activities, encourage independence, and promote participation in community life, house visits, and outings as part of a stable, person-centred routine.

Shifts include 7:00am–6:00pm Tue–Fri; full UK driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience of Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) preferred.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Genuine caring, patient and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support to the young woman in Rainham, Essex, including managing distress calmly.
• Help her stay active, engaged and connected to her community through planned activities.
