Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Relief Worker at Vaughan House, Guildford. You will provide high quality, customer-oriented care and support to customers, working under the scheme manager to promote dignity and wellbeing in a safe environment.

The role requires flexibility to cover shifts, excellent communication, and a collaborative team approach. Salary is £13.17 per hour, with on-site work and as-needed hours.

• Contribute to tenancy-related support and housing management tasks.
• Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions.
• Deliver group work sessions and participate in training as required.
