Riverside is seeking a Relief Worker to provide high quality, customer-focused care at The Beacon in Catterick Garrison. The role is on-site, with hours as and when required, and requires compassion, flexibility, and strong teamwork to support customers in a respectful environment.

• Assist in delivering care and support to customers in a safe environment.
• Maintain dignity and promote wellbeing of individuals.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, considering individual needs.
• Assist in promoting independence and social engagement for customers.
• Maintain accurate records and confidentiality.
• Undertake general cleaning and security duties as required.
• Participate in training and development.
