Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused residential care.
• Awareness of housing, Health and Safety legislation and National Care Standards.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including outside normal office hours and lone working.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised care following CQC definitions.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of care and medication support.
• Assist with mobility and activities of daily living.
• Administer and support medication where required.
• Help with meals, snacks and domestic duties.
• Ensure customers are safe and maintain a respectful living environment.
