Job summary

Prime Life seeks passionate care professionals to join our team as a Support Worker in Brigg. The role offers full or part‑time hours with shifts between 8am and 8pm, seven days a week, at Southfield House for 14 residents with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.

We offer benefits including fully funded DBS, comprehensive holiday pay, and a Refer a Friend scheme up to £250. Prior care experience is welcome but not required as full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate empathy and patience when supporting residents.
• Experience in care is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
• Willingness to learn and follow care plans with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful and dignified support to residents.
• Encourage residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life.
• Provide companionship and emotional and practical support.
• Assist residents in daily living decisions and activities.
• Support personal care and participation in daily activities and meals.
• Promote independence in meal preparation and daily routines.
• Collaborate with professionals to develop and follow individualized care plans.
