Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities and/or autism using a person-centred approach to help achieve personal goals.
• Assist with daily living, personal and emotional support, and planning home life.
• Help individuals develop new skills and participate in leisure, travel and community activities.
• Provide support in clients' own homes or out in the community.
