Job summary

Thera Group is seeking a Female Support Worker in Bovey Tracey to join a compassionate, person-centred team supporting adults with learning disabilities. The role offers full-time, part-time and relief hours with a guaranteed monthly salary via annualised hours and immediate interview opportunities.

Training is provided with Skills for Care endorsement, and a contributory pension is available. You may work in clients’ homes or in the community, with a focus on empowering independence.

Qualifications

• No previous experience or qualifications required.
• Free, Skills for Care endorsed full training will be provided.
