Job summary

Thera Trust is seeking dedicated Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities in daily living, personal and emotional support. You will help individuals develop new skills and achieve personal goals, with support tailored to each person.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; you will be part of an inclusive team with opportunities for growth and a guaranteed monthly salary for full and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required; full training provided.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Compassionate, caring, confident and resilient.
• Flexible, self-motivated and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with a learning disability in daily living, personal and emotional support.
• Assist with planning and managing homes, leisure, employment, and travel.
• Provide person-centred support tailored to each individual.
• Work in clients' own homes or within community settings as required.
