You will work closely with residents to build trust, follow care plans, and participate in risk assessments. A care certificate or willingness to obtain one is appreciated, with full training available.

Qualifications

• Caring and reliable with ability to work collaboratively.
• Willingness to undertake a care qualification if needed.
• Compassionate approach to supporting adults with learning disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with dignity.
• Support with medication.
• Encourage daily life skills: cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting.
• Build positive, meaningful relationships with residents.
• Follow personalised support plans and risk assessments.
• Sleep-ins may be required as part of the role.
