Responsibilities

• Work as a full and effective member of the staff team, communicating with colleagues
• Offer support to service users on an individual basis
• Undertake flexible working including weekends, evenings, waking nights and sleep-in duties
• Contribute to planning, delivering and reviewing care plans
• Act as an enabler for service users and support independence
• Provide practical and emotional support while maintaining professional boundaries
• Enable and encourage service users to live as independently as possible
• Respect rights and ensure safeguarding and adherence to legal acts
