Ewer Court Family in Colchester is seeking supportive, compassionate Care/Support Workers to help residents with daily living and personal care in a safe, caring setting.

You will assist with activities, promote independence, and maintain records, while following safeguarding and health and safety policies. Full training and ongoing development are provided, with weekend and sleep-in flexibility as required.

Qualifications

• Previous care or support work experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
• You will deliver high-quality, person-centred support and maintain records in a safeguarding environment.
