Community Integrated Care is recruiting a Support Worker in the UK to assist a gentleman with learning disabilities in his own home. You will help him live life on his terms, join in activities, and build a meaningful routine.

Roles include lone working during 24/7 coverage, with rotating shifts and sleepovers as needed. A full UK driving license is required, and you’ll be part of a compassionate, values‑driven team that supports personal growth and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in social care with a person-centred approach.
• Full UK driving license.
• Flexible to shifts including sleepovers.

Responsibilities

• Support a gentleman with learning disabilities in his own home.
• Engage in activities such as volunteering, swimming, visiting castles, and walking.
• Work in a lone-working service with 24 hours support and occasional sleepovers.
