Job summary

Voyage Care in Middleton is seeking a Female Support Worker to help people gain more independence in daily life within a supportive living environment. You will work with a dynamic team to support a group of people, with shifts from 8am-4pm or 4pm-10pm, and 8am-10pm on a rota; sleep-ins may be required.

You must hold a full UK driving license and demonstrate a caring attitude, experience with Positive Behaviour Support, and reflect on practice while supporting individuals with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving license.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.

Responsibilities
