Job summary

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Thornaby, Stockton-On-Tees to provide person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and other complex requirements.

We offer full- and part-time roles with allowance for flexible rosters and a comprehensive training pathway, including the QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. A full UK driving licence is essential, and probationary benefits apply.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required.
• Full training provided including QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care to service users and administering medication as required.
• Helping service users with domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning and shopping.
• Accompanying service users to activities in the wider community and supporting relationships.
• Willingness to work flexibly including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
