Creative Support in Middlesbrough is hiring a warm, motivated Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. You will provide person-centred care to residents in their flats or bungalows and help them participate in everyday activities.

The role offers full-time (37.5 hours) or part-time options, with flexibility for daytimes, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins. Training toward a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care is provided, and the organization promotes

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Willing to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to service users.
